Here’s what midlife often feels like for women: 
You go through this huge change in your body and your life. You feel like you've done 3 marathons back to back and… no one notices. Instead, you're staring in the mirror at the wrinkles or the muffin top feeling like you don’t measure up. 
 
And because you feel so invisible, you may doubt the value of what you've attained from overcoming adversity. Maybe there's a vague sense that you're a little wiser, but it’s so nebulous...so you hold back and hesitate to shine. 
 
Today is where that changes. 
 
I created this 6-week experience based on 20 years of developing and healing myself and other midlife women in a world that tries to ignore us.  It’s here to support you in standing gloriously tall in your wisdom, and expressing a full-hearted confidence. We do this in an intimate, soulful community of women. 
 

We are growing a culture of appreciation for midlife women:

• Step out of invisibility and see the magnificence of being a midlife woman

• Alchemize the past difficulties into the treasures that contain your most priceless wisdom 

• Move forward into the next chapter of your life with confidence and pride


How it works:
Each class is a ceremonial council on a particular topic that’s vital to your health and livelihood. There are two bonuses: A Saturday workshop and a short, self-paced e-course. Our final meeting is a rite of passage ceremony that we co-create together.

All meetings are held on Zoom. There will be private recordings available if you have to miss it live. 

The Medicine Walk Workshop 

Because human intelligence evolved from a deep connection to nature, when we re-establish our relationship to the earth and sky, we re-align with our intrinsic knowing.   In this workshop we will practice a ceremony to open ourselves to receive answers to our most pressing questions directly from nature.

Meet Anasuya Basil

 

Anasuya Basil is a midlife renewal health coach, a nutritionist,  craniosacral therapist and acupressurist who has worked with midlife clients for 25 years. She helps women stop worrying about aging, love their midlife bodies and embrace their wisdom. She studied the art of cultivating community with Jon Young at the Eight Shields Institute, and wildcrafting ceremony with Sarah McClean Bicknell. She lived in  ceremony-rich meditation centers in Boston, India, and New York State in her twenties and thirties where she developed a passion for connecting with the inner light inside us all.
